We endeavor to process, pack and hand over everything to the logistics service provider as quickly as possible.

Yes, we will send you a tracking number as soon as the products are packed and have left our warehouse. The prerequisite is that you have correctly entered your telephone number and e-mail address in the order process.

We give our customers the opportunity to return products that are still in their unopened original packaging within 14 days of receipt. In order to process any returns to your satisfaction, please notify us immediately by e-mail.

As soon as we have received your return, we will open and assess it so that the refund can be triggered by the accounting department.
