OKAPI ColoBalance can be given alongside veterinary therapy for watery stools, diarrhea or inflammatory bowel problems. The high humic acid content (up to 70%) supports the natural intestinal environment. OKAPI ColoBalance can also be given to horses that eat more forest soil or bitter substances such as bark or acorns or after being given haylage or other feedstuffs that cause intestinal problems. OKAPI ColoBalance is well accepted by most horses. It can be given with soaked hay cobs or over moistened hay. OKAPI ColoBalance can be supplemented with OKAPI Bitter Herbs, OKAPI Licorice Extract, OKAPI Lapacho Bark or OKAPI ColoProtect forte.

Horses receive 50g per day. Ponies receive about half this amount, depending on their size. If necessary, the dose can be doubled.
