The positive health properties of cranberries were already appreciated by the Native Americans, which is why they are also counted among the "superfoods". The first studies on the effects of cranberry and other herbal plants are also being carried out on livestock, particularly with regard to infectious diseases, with the aim of reducing the use of antibiotics in the long term and relying on plant-based active ingredients.
We have combined the wonderful cranberry with our tried and tested "Autumn Days" herbal mixture from the four-season feed. This herbal mixture is broad-based and is particularly suitable for giving during the wet and cold season, when horses are exposed to particularly high infection pressure. Our cranberries are unsweetened and the manufacturer only adds a little unsweetened pineapple juice for better shelf life. A tasty and healthy snack for every horse and a real ray of hope for the metabolism in the dark season.
