The body constantly needs lecithin because lecithins - especially phospholipids (36%) - are the building blocks for all cell membranes. Without lecithin, cells cannot function, cells cannot regenerate and cells cannot grow.
The body needs silica (diatomaceous earth) for the production of synovial fluid and the formation of horn, i.e. hair and claws, bones, connective tissue and cartilage.
Lecithin with silica is an important supplement, especially for pregnant dogs and puppies, during the shedding period and for performance dogs.
